Q: What's next?
A: We'll help with product selection, create artwork for your approval & fax or
email a confirming order... usually in an hour or 2.
Q: Sounds pricey!
A: Nope. There are no charges for our professional services.
Q: Billing?
A: If you're an established company, you'll be billed after the product is received.
If you prefer, a credit card is ok too.
Q: Explain set-up charges.
A: Putting your image on a promotional product requires the creation of a printing
plate or screen. Embroidery requires a digitized version of your artwork.
Generally, these are one-time charges that you won't incur when you order
the product again. The charges are determined by the factory.
Q: I'd like to see a sample before I order a promotional item.
A: If you don't need a sample "Rolls Royce", we'll send one right away.
Q: I'm looking for something that isn't on your website. Now what?
A: Call us. We have thousands of available promotional products that aren't
on this site. We'll get the information to you pronto!
Q: What's your favorite punch line?
A: Go talk to the bus driver & I'll watch your monkey.
